This policy explains what we collect when you buy from Cartwell, why, and your choices. We keep it minimal on purpose.

Each is a processor acting on our behalf; we share only what's needed to do the job above.
The store itself uses only essential cookies needed for checkout and security. We don't run advertising trackers on the Cartwell sales site. Stripe may set cookies required for fraud prevention during payment.
Order records are retained as long as needed for support, refunds, and tax/legal obligations, then deleted.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email [support@cartwell.co] and we'll action it. Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK/California), you may have additional statutory rights.
Payments run over Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. Downloads are delivered through signed, expiring links so your purchase can't be shared by URL. The site is served over HTTPS.
