These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products and services ("Kits") sold by Cartwell ("we", "us"). By buying or downloading a Kit you agree to them.
Kits are digital products — templates, code snippets, copy, and (for Done-for-you) installation services. The Starter and Pro Bundle are delivered as instant downloads. Done-for-you is a service delivered by us directly.
On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use a Kit on stores you own or operate. You may:
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the Kit files as your own product, or share them publicly.
Prices are one-time and in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Kits are built on sound merchandising practice, but store performance depends on your products, pricing, traffic, and market. We do not guarantee specific sales, conversion, or revenue outcomes.
Don't use a Kit to make false or unsubstantiated claims (including fake scarcity, invented reviews, or misleading urgency). You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you publish on your store.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Kits except for the license granted in Section 2.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a Kit is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
